The Main Lodge
The main lodge and villas will be able to host 40 to 80 guests in a first class accommodation setting directly on Copano Bay. The private lodge will have a commercial kitchen, bar area, grand dining room, business center, meeting rooms, entertainment space, scenic deck, cabana, and a luxurious swimming pool. All situated at the end of the peninsula with breathtaking views in every direction.
The lodge will be functional for all types of guests including fishermen, families, outdoor enthusiasts, and corporate groups. Bookings made for fishing at the lodge will be for a minimum 2 day, 2 night stay and will provide one of the main sources of revenue for the business.
